This album contains 20 tracks originally written in the period 1967 to 1969 and used in many of the bands that Bob was a part of during those and sunsequent years. In 2002 it was decided to re-record the tracks (none of which had actually been released) to be part of an anthology series that was to cover the writing period of 1967 to 1996.

Each of the tracks on this album are in a rough chronological order of being written.
